About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PT - HomeHealth for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. Assignment: Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8hr days 40hr guarantee Start Date: 4/27/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Pittsfield, MA Hourly Pay: $34.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1,246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2,266.00 Traveler Policy: SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care. Rehabilitation equipment, including but not limited to: splints, orthoses prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment Modalities.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
  • Candidate required to be Home Health Certified
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  • Must be certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
  • Traveler perm address must be included in profile
  • Traveler candidates must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care experience preferred

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on care, medications, and discharge needs
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards
  • Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment
  • Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
