About The Position

As a Travel Passport/Visa Specialist, a typical day might include the following: Serve as the central point of contact for U.S. based employees requiring travel documentation (visas, passport, work permits, etc.) Provide guidance and answer employee questions related to international travel requirements. Conduct research on country-specific travel regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with legal counsel and third-party providers Coordinate executive signatures for travel documents. Develop and maintain a centralized tracking system Own and update the invitation letter process for U.S. invitation letters. Oversee specialized travel processes, including: Kazakhstan: Work permit coordination Canada: Work permits, exemptions, and general business travel compliance. Helping internal customers understand travel fees and timelines for obtaining work permits and travel visas. Will closely partner with both our Corporate and Jet travel team. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
