Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Operating Room RN for a travel assignment in Akron, Ohio. This role supports a multi-specialty operating room, focusing on circulating responsibilities across a variety of surgical procedures in a high-volume hospital setting. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for OR nurses with strong circulating experience who are comfortable supporting multiple surgical specialties and working in a fast-paced environment. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 3x12s (07:00–19:30) • Circulator role (scrub experience preferred) :contentReference[oaicite:0] • Block scheduling available • 2 positions available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Circulate surgical procedures across multiple specialties • Maintain sterile environment and ensure patient safety • Coordinate surgical workflow and team communication • Prepare OR rooms, equipment, and supplies • Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures • Assist with documentation and procedural support • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff WORK ENVIRONMENT • Acute care hospital setting • Multi-specialty operating room • High-volume surgical environment • Adult patient population Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. Requirements
- Minimum 18 months recent OR RN experience REQUIRED
- Circulator experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
- ACLS and BLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
- Active OH license or compact license REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
- Must be comfortable in multi-specialty OR setting

- Scrub experience preferred
