About The Position

PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. Assist during the initial weeks of a start-up: help with recruiting, provide training to new hires, ensure productivity and performance standards are met Main Objective : Help facilitate a smooth transition Home Base - Charleston, SC

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (including overnight stays)
• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, staffing, or a similar field
• Supervisory or team leadership experience required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-changing environments
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to support operational needs (new site launches, training, coverage gaps, etc.)
• Supervise and support on-site teams to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are achieved
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of employees
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
• Communicate with the Corporate Office with Maintain accurate reports and documentation on-site performance
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
