This role provides hands-on assistance to travelers, ensures accurate system data management, supports reimbursement processing, and helps maintain compliance with established travel policies. The Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for booking assistance, expense report guidance, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end travel experience from initial arrangements through final reimbursement.
