The Travel Mental Health Professional provides clinical services across multiple locations under the guidance of supervisory staff. Responsibilities include delivering individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychological assessments in correctional settings. The role involves documenting clinical interactions, creating service reports, and consulting with institutional staff. Additional duties include diagnostic evaluations, participation in quality improvement, and providing mental health training. Frequent travel is required to meet organizational needs. Additional Details This position will be covering the following states: NM, CO, MT, ID, UT, WA, and OR. Candidates will need to be independently licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in at least one of the states w/in Region. Regular travel for onsite coverage and TeleHealth services will be required 40 hours/week. Corrections experience is preferred.
