About The Position

Step into a rewarding role as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, where your hands and heart will help residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence. Starting 01/12/2026, this travel assignment invites you to bring expert care to a vibrant community in Clovis, New Mexico, while you grow professionally within the long-term care specialty. You’ll partner with compassionate teams to support seniors and individuals with chronic needs, implementing care plans, monitoring conditions, managing medications, and guiding families through daily changes. In this role, your clinical judgment and person-centered approach will influence quality of life, reduce symptoms, and promote safety across shifts. Beyond the bedside, New Mexico offers a rich tapestry of landscapes and cultural heritage. Picture wide desert skies at sunset, the quiet majesty of the plains around Clovis, and a pace of life that blends small-town warmth with opportunities for exploration. From nearby outdoor escapes to festivals celebrating heritage and community, the state’s unique beauty invites you to unwind after shifts and recharge for the days ahead. The sense of space, clear air, and radiant skies are part of the daily backdrop that supports your resilience and compassion in care. In Clovis, you’ll find an affordable cost of living, supportive neighborhoods, and a community that values caregivers. The assignment also includes the flexibility to participate in units across the U.S., offering the chance to experience diverse patient populations and facility settings. This blend of steady, guaranteed hours (36 per week) and the freedom to explore different regions helps you build a robust résumé while maintaining balance. Our programs provide housing assistance and a competitive weekly pay range of $1,436–$1,518, with a focus on reliable scheduling and predictable compensation. You’ll benefit from a dedicated travel support team available 24/7, ready to assist with any housing, credentialing, transport, or clinical questions as you move between assignments. There are opportunities for extension beyond your initial contract, allowing you to deepen relationships with facilities you enjoy and to advance along the long-term care pathway. On the job, you’ll perform core LPN duties in long-term care settings: delivering skilled nursing care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications and treatments per plan, documenting changes, and communicating care needs to the supervising nurse and interdisciplinary team. You’ll support residents’ comfort, manage symptoms, prevent complications, and promote safety during mobility assistance and interventions. The role emphasizes professional growth within the long-term care specialty, with pathways toward lead nurse or clinical educator roles, enhanced assessment skills, and greater autonomy in care coordination. We provide comprehensive benefits, a sign-on bonus where available, housing support, and reliable extension opportunities to help you maximize your impact and earnings. The dedicated support infrastructure ensures you’re never alone—24/7 assistance accompanies you as you travel and adapt to new facilities, cultures, and teams, backed by onboarding, orientation, and continuous training to keep you confident and competent. At the heart of our mission is empowerment: a company that champions your career advancement, values your voice, and cultivates a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment. We invest in people as much as in patients, offering mentorship, ongoing education stipends, and a network of peers who share best practices and celebrate successes.
