In Long-Term Care, you’ll perform essential nursing tasks with autonomy and collaboration: conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications per physician orders and regulatory guidelines, monitoring chronic conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care and skin integrity, infection prevention protocols, and accurate documentation in electronic health records. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and dietitians to ensure holistic care plans, while mentoring and guiding Certified Nursing Assistants and other team members.
