Role Specifics and Benefits - Key Responsibilities: As a Histology Tech on this assignment, you’ll receive, log, and prepare tissue specimens for processing; perform embedding, microtomy, and staining procedures; prepare and label slides for pathologist review; conduct routine quality control checks to ensure slide integrity, staining consistency, and artifact minimization. You’ll monitor instrument performance, troubleshoot issues, and document results in compliance with CAP/CLIA standards.
