From crafting detailed itineraries to coordinating logistics behind the scenes, you’ll help ensure every journey is smooth, stress-free, and thoughtfully planned. Responsibilities

• Handle travel requests from ServiceNow tickets, emails, and phone calls, making sure everything is completed and closed out so our records stay clean and accurate.
• Keep expenses, receipts, and traveler details organized in Concur to support smooth and accurate accounting.
• Pitch in on planning bigger events like Advisory Board retreats, incentive trips, and leadership retreats.
• Put together detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas that help every traveler feel prepared and supported.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and strengthen our culture, taking on additional tasks outside of licensed activity to keep things running smoothly.
