As a Travel Coordinator you will play a key role in attending to visitors in this fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for dealing with inquiries from customers and employees on the phone and face-to-face. Specific duties for role: Coordinating Domestic and International travel for employees which includes booking flights, ground transportation, and/or hotels and conveying itineraries to travelers. Research optimal travel options while ensuring travel policies are met. Assisting travelers with travel changes due to booking issues, full flights, weather delays, or similar travel issues. Making sure travelers are aware of any documents needed or immunization requirements for their trip. Assisting with procuring necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances. Coordinating travel for new franchisees attending training school at our corporate headquarters. Compiling weekly Travel Reports for Accounting. Being responsible for the travel que and understanding how to prioritize bookings. Multitasking between booking travel and assisting with events. Understanding company business and services. Assisting with UFG Social Events and Employee Engagement. Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information. Schedule and maintain conference rooms along with their appearance. Maintans security by following procedures and monitoring visitor activity. Complete special assignments and other clerical duties as needed. Prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and maintains productivity by efficiently organizing and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
