Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Travel Coordinator - Senior to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Travel Coordinator - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a BS/BA or 3 years’ experience with an MS/MA or 0 years’ experience with a PhD. or 9 years' experience w/o a degree or 7 years' experience with AS/AA
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Responsibilities

  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
  • Leads travel coordination across the TO, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and responsiveness. Directs travel planning, documentation, and emergency resolution to support mission readiness and operational continuity.
  • Leads planning and execution of CONUS/OCONUS travel in accordance with JTR and TO policy.
  • Oversees preparation of expense authorizations and funding validation.
  • Coordinates with Contracts and Finance to ensure travel alignment with CLINs and PRDs.
  • Maintains and audits travel records and expense reports.
  • Supports Program Manager in travel governance and reporting.
  • Resolves complex travel issues and escalations.
  • Interfaces with vendors and government staff to ensure travel continuity.
  • Supervises junior travel staff and ensures procedural compliance.
  • Advises on travel budget utilization and optimization.
  • Integrates travel data into PMP, MSRs, and Task Order portal.
  • Utilizes the following Role-Specific Tools: DTS, JTR systems, Task Order portal.
