About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. The CNA will provide compassionate, skilled care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring quality care and a safe environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma and CNA training certificate
- Current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification
- BLS certification (AHA)
- COVID vaccinations required by state mandate
- Minimum of 4 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
- Holiday coverage required
- EMR system: Point Click
- Traveler's permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility (local travelers will not be considered)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
- Provide compassionate and responsive care to residents in need
