About The Position

We are seeking skilled, detail‑oriented Low Voltage Technicians to join our nationwide rollout team. Technicians will work in 2‑person teams to complete structured cabling installations, operate lifts, document work, and ensure high‑quality craftsmanship at every site. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and capable of meeting nightly project goals while overcoming on‑site challenges. Responsibilities: This position involves nationwide travel with a partner or team to various distribution centers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and similar commercial sites. Technicians will be responsible for performing structured cabling upgrades and new installations, including systems such as CCTV, access control, wireless access points, and network infrastructure. Travel: "Roll-Out" techs must get themselves to NW Arkansas for day 1, we will put you in a hotel for that night. Techs will go through orientation which consists of obtaining the following information before heading out on the road: 1. Assigned tools 2. Assigned traveling partner or team 3. Assigned the route you will be going to 4. Assigned the company vehicle you will be driving Candidates must be open to traveling full-time, as this is a "road warrior" role supporting projects that typically last 2–3 months. Extensions are possible based on project needs and performance. This position offers a strong opportunity to earn competitive weekly pay, gain hands-on experience across various job sites, and may lead to eligibility for long-term placement or conversion to a permanent role. Compensation: (Hourly Rate) + (OT) + (tax free Per diem is daily $125), PM will consider higher hourly rate based on lead experience} Please note that your per diem will be administered on your weekly pay checks (Per diem break down) $80 will be for lodging and $45 will be for meals, Client has a hotel booking fee of $80 if you want to use their services to book your stays while you travel.

Requirements

  • Cable instillation Proficient in running and terminating Cat5 and Cat6 network cables in commercial environments.
  • Understanding of commercial-grade CCTV installation, including mounting cameras, running video/data cables, & connecting to recording systems.
  • Familiarity with installing access control hardware such as card readers, electric strikes, and control panels.
  • install and configure wireless access points, including proper placement for optimal coverage.
  • Experience or certification in operating scissor lifts and boom lifts safely and efficiently for elevated installations.
  • Competence in using hand and power tools such as drills, cable testers, and crimping tools.
  • Ability to interpret basic construction drawings and cable layouts.
  • Ability to operate Scissor and boom lifts
  • Knowledge of job site safety protocols, including PPE usage and fall protection.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other trades and supervisors.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to receive training and grow within the field of structured cabling and low-voltage systems.
