The position will serve trauma patients. In addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude possess a strong work ethic and always display a high level of professionalism have basic computer skills using medical management application systems What you will do Quality/Performance Improvement: Engages staff to promote evidence based practices within the unit Monitors key performance indicators (KPI’s) and regulatory requirements for compliance. Evaluates the outcome of patient care, consults with others on the patient care team, and adjusts nursing care processes as needed to improve outcomes. Participates in policy development and mentors staff regarding policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Incorporates THR philosophy in working with peers, and other members of the health care team. Partners with physicians to advance physician engagement. Demonstrates accountability and responsibility by independently completing projects/assignments on time.
