Our Trauma and Acute Care Surgeons are attending leaders of an multidisciplinary team that facilitates care across the for patients from admission through discharge from acute care. North Memorial Maple Grove Hospital - Established in 2009, Maple Grove Hospital is a State designated Level IV Trauma Center -138-bed community based acute care hospital, poised for growth, and recognized as a top hospital in the state for Women and Children Care. , Opportunity Highlights Include This is a casual part-time (0.00 FTE) opportunity working solely at our Robbinsdale Hospital and Specialty Acute Care Surgery clinic Collaborative Collegial Work Environment 350+ care providers and 6,000+ team members that are dedicated to delivering a more connected experience for our patients Level - 1 Trauma Center Acute Care Surgery model with full scope of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, & Emergency General Surgery Partnership with University of Minnesota Twin Cities- General Surgery Residency and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Staffing model inclusive of Advanced Practice Provider support Support for research, outreach, education, performance improvement, and injury prevention EPIC EMR System

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School
• Completion of accredited American Board of Surgery (?) approved training program
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in surgical critical care
• Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license
• Board certified or eligible in General Surgery
• American Board of Surgery certification or eligibility in surgical critical care.
• Valid DEA Registration
