About The Position

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Department of Surgery is seeking a Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon at the late Assistant to Associate Professor level. This position offers an exciting opportunity for academic advancement and leadership in Emergency General Surgery (EGS), including potential appointment as EGS Section Chief for qualified candidates. MUSC’s Division of Trauma features faculty with nationally recognized expertise in complex chest wall injury management, community-based violence prevention, and global surgery.
