Transportation Support - Driver
About The Position
This position is often the first face-to-face interaction a client has with the Onsite team during their time with us! The Transportation Support position is responsible for transporting program participants, clients, staff, visitors and other to and from the Onsite Campus in Cumberland Furnace, TN and destinations throughout the Nashville market (most often to the airport!). Simply put, this position must be one part valet and one part customer service representative. ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE: This is a part-time role. The person in this position will need to be available Thursday through Sunday on an as needed and on-call basis. The nature of this position is one where the size of our programs and client activity will dictate the need for support by the team. So your schedule will be set in conjunction with the needs of the team.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Regular and reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and assist with luggage and other items while picking them up and dropping them off at designated points of arrival and departure
- Work with others on the Transportation team, Programming team and other operations staff to ensure riders get to and from their destination on time and the delivery schedule is up to date and accurate
- Follow all laws, regulations, safety procedures and protocols and transport passengers in a safe and highly considerate manner
