The Transportation Specialist plays a key role in supporting Ride Connection’s accessible transportation programs. Working closely with the Program Manager, this position helps oversee daily operations, support drivers and volunteers, coordinates schedules, and ensure vehicles and services run smoothly. You’ll be part problem-solver, part mentor, part logistics coordinator—and always an advocate for our riders and team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and values collaboration, community impact, and equity. This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting pay of $47,528 - $71,281 annually. Anticipated hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm. Some weekends required as needed.
