The Transportation Safety Manager is responsible for developing and training current and future Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Train Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors on the policies and procedures of monitoring and driving responsibilities, including bus evacuation training and the process of obtaining CDL licensing for drivers. Maintain Driver/Monitor Training Records. Develop and maintain Driver/Monitor training programs. Schedule First Aid/CPR classes. Schedule Bus Evacuation Training. Maintain PQ Registry of Drivers/Monitors. Perform observations of Drivers/Monitors. Maintain Accident and Drug & Alcohol Logs. Keep Drivers current on FMSCA rules. Keep CDL Drivers current with licensing. Follow Transportation policies and procedures as outlined. Uphold the values of CTI Equity, Integrity, Compassion. Perform other related duties as assigned.
