This position reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will be a part of the Supply Chain Management team.   What role you will play in our team?   In this role, you will support the preparation, packing, and shipment of ILI and NDT equipment for domestic and international deliveries, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, accurate documentation, and safe handling of all materials. You will also collaborate with internal teams and third-party transportation providers, maintain inventory and shipping databases, and support operational efficiency, safety, and special projects as directed by management.Responsibilities:What will I be doing?

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Must have computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
  • Must be experienced in a fast-paced, professional, customer service driven team environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work procedures, technical instructions and technical references is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Supply Chain Lead coordinators with the preparation and packing of ILI and NDT equipment for domestic and international shipments.
  • Responsible for packing, loading, and offloading transportation equipment, ensuring safe and organized handling.
  • Delivers company equipment and product orders to transportation and freight forwarding providers.
  • Works with 3rd party transportation services to minimize possible damage during transit.
  • Provides customer service to Field Operations and other departments requiring shipping and transportation services.
  • Prepares bills of lading, packing lists, Proforma and commercial invoices, and processes shipping labels in FedEx, UPS, and DHL platforms.
  • Maintains 5S standards in collaboration with the Transportation Manager and Supply Chain Leads.
  • Supports Shop Operations by checking and processing in-line inspection equipment for readiness.
  • Inspects transport frames for maintenance issues and orders replacement parts as needed.
  • Adheres to all domestic and international shipping regulations, including dangerous goods/materials requirements.
  • Maintains various ROSEN databases and ensures accurate data entry.
  • Collaborates with Inventory for service and sales orders to internal and external customers.
  • Participates in quarterly and year-end physical inventory counts.
  • Follows ROSEN Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines.
  • Attends required training sessions, including IATA Dangerous Goods and HazMat certifications.
  • Performs other special projects as directed by management.
