Notre Dame Prep is currently seeking a Transportation Manager beginning late spring. The Transportation Manager is a 12-month, non-exempt position requiring 30 hours per week to oversee all aspects of student transportation and fleet management. The ideal candidate must possess a CDL Class B license with P and S endorsements, maintain an excellent driving record, and preferably have previous supervisory experience to lead a team of drivers. The Transportation Manager plans, organizes and directs all aspects of student transportation services, including daily routes, extracurricular transportation, and fleet management. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations through staff training, safety program development, route optimization based on student ridership, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of transportation systems and procedures.
