About The Position

The Transportation Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of product shipments from production to the end-user. Transportation Managers play a crucial role in the supply chain, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to coordinate complex logistics and plan routes effectively.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and tracking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly address and resolve transportation issues.
• Understanding of legal regulations and safety requirements.
• 5 - 7 Years Related experience
• 6 Months - 1 Year Supervisory or management experience
• Bachelor's Degree - Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation

Nice To Haves

• Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)-APICS
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Responsibilities

• Keep detailed records of all transportation activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned
