English Language Classes Applicable Free Parking $1,500 Refer a Friend Bonus Incentive Responsibilities The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all transportation services for our luxury senior living community. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of residents to and from requested appointments and/or scheduled activities and functions destinations while maintaining the highest standard of service. Ensure safety and compliance with state, local and federal regulations. This position oversees the maintenance and operation of our fleet. Supervises, hires, trains and mentors staff. Provides superior customer service to residents and families. Additionally, this position is subject to call backs during emergency conditions. Works primarily in an office setting but will also spend time in community vehicles and outdoors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in senior living or a healthcare setting. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, CDL preferred. Must possess strong service orientation, including active listening, critical thinking skills and close monitoring of residents and team members. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation scheduling software.
