The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating all driver communication, logistics scheduling, and transportation workflow for the facility. Serving as the primary point of contact for our drivers, vendor partners, and onsite operations, the Dispatcher ensures timely pick-ups, deliveries, and documentation accuracy. This role helps maintain smooth facility operations by monitoring driver activity, managing dispatch calendars, supporting shipping and receiving, and assisting with inventory tracking. The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring efficient transportation flow and strong communication across teams.
