About the Role As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in maximizing fleet productivity and ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service to our customers. You’ll coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers to optimize capacity while supporting safety and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dispatcher experience
- Strong computer skills and comfort using office technology
- Knowledge of DOT regulations (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- A team-player mindset with a solid work ethic

Responsibilities
- Route vehicles to achieve or exceed company productivity goals
- Assign loads to drivers based on route plans and driver location
- Prepare, update, and distribute daily route schedules
- Track and maintain documentation for scheduled, missed, and extra pick-ups
- Monitor route completion through driver check-in processes
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Report driver performance concerns to management
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
