About The Position
We are currently seeking an Intern for our Transportation Engineering team at LaBella Associates in our Latham, NY office. The Transportation Division at LaBella provides complete transportation engineering services including highway design, bridge design and traffic engineering. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various stages of projects, including feasibility studies, design, and construction administration, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of drawings, specifications, estimates and reports
- Assist with conducting field work and documenting existing conditions
- Assist with calculations and analysis for design purposes
- Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers
- Support project documentation and organization
