About The Position
Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking to add a Senior Transportation Engineer to their Chicago office. You will be part of a great culture and team environment.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience on a wide range of transportation projects including roadway rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, intersection design, traffic signal, and traffic studies
- P. E. license
- Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures as it relates to Phase 1/Phase II design requirements
- P.T.O.E. license or ability/experience to obtain within one year
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MicroStation and traffic modeling software preferred
Responsibilities
- Project team member on a variety of projects
- Project lead for planning, design, reporting, and support on transportation projects
- Provide construction oversight/management on various transportation projects
