About The Position

Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Transportation Engineer to their Indianapolis office!

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• 5+ years of roadway/local roadway design experience
• PE License or ability to obtain within one year
• Experience with design software (MicroStation/OpenRoads)
• Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Pavement design and project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with team to develop roadway design projects for state and local clients
• Manage all aspects of roadway design projects from start to finish
• Develop/review plans and computations to ensure design works/construction plans are accurate and high quality
• Responsible for all aspects of projects (cost control, staffing, and quality control)
• Find innovative ways to develop time saving design processes
• Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
