Transportation Driver
About The Position
To provide daily transportation in order to support and meet the care delivered to patients/residents requiring long - term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide transportation and care to and from daily appointments to meet the needs of patients/residents Assist with and/or transport residents / patients to recreational functions. Assist with and/or transport specimen for Jabs. Daily scheduling of transport and obtaining applicable i nformation from Tenn Care and/or appropriate financial resources. Assure family/resident notification of transports . Perform other related duties as assigned or requested . Maintaining vehicle 's safe driving condition by assuring upkeep of maintenance and logging. Assure equipment is in a safe and working order.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school.
- Good driving record.
- Driver's license -preferred Chauffeur's (Endorsement For higher) but not
Nice To Haves
- CNA a plus.
