At Guernsey, we are a 98-year-old, innovative engineering, architecture and consulting firm dedicated to shaping the future through sustainable and efficient solutions. We are proudly 100% employee-owned through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), ensuring every team member is a true owner of the company they help build. Unlike partial ownership programs, our full ESOP gives every employee a meaningful stake in our future, driving collaboration, accountability, and shared achievement. Over the past five years, Guernsey has contributed an average of 18% of employee annual compensation toward their ownership in the company.
