About The Position
Coordinates the transportation of Fox products, providing secure, safe, and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
- Education: HS diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: No experience required, but 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Reviews bills of lading for product, and ensures freight costs are applied and entered.
- Confirms proper documentation is obtained and maintained.
- Tracks and monitors incoming and outgoing transportation performance, ensuring carrier compliance to company standards.
- Updates transportation report, communicates information to appropriate parties, responds to inquiries regarding report and tracking information.
- Ensures company drivers maintain all required qualifications.
- Prepares reports for customers and internal distribution.
- Conducts accident investigations involving company vehicles.
- Key management and creating documents for vehicles shipping.
