Your Opportunity, Your Team The Transportation Coordinator supports HSN and ensures the efficient planning and coordination of all inbound and outbound transportation activities for the distribution center. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our HSN Fulfillment Center in Piney Flats, TN daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm You will report to the Outbound Area Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a high‑volume fulfillment environment.
Familiarity with transportation systems such as YMS, TMS, WMS, or Scan Data.
Perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate all inbound and outbound load plans to ensure trailers are released.
Direct yard drivers on equipment movements and maintain real‑time visibility of trailer locations, cube use, and loading activity.
Manage Scan‑Data and TMS processes, including opening/closing manifests, assigning dock doors, validating weights, and recording load start/end times.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly transportation reports, including line haul performance, RTV shipments, cost avoidance, inbound trailer aging, and other important metrics.
Complete bills of lading, verify trailer seals, and resolve discrepancies by researching issues and partnering with our team and carriers.
Identify trends, troubleshoot complex transportation issues, and support continuous improvement across inbound and outbound operations.
