About The Position

Transportation Coordinator: The Logistics Lead The Mission As the Transportation Coordinator , you are the logistical heartbeat of the resort’s mobility. You ensure that every guest, member, and group arrives in style, on time, and with total peace of mind. From coordinating complex airport manifests for large corporate groups to overseeing the meticulous maintenance of our luxury fleet, your role is to turn the "stress of travel" into a seamless resort experience. What You’ll Do (The Logistics of Luxury)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
• Must have a satisfactory background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for insurance eligibility.
• Ability to lift and manage guest luggage (up to 50 lbs) and assist in all department positions, including driving and valet.
• Unwavering commitment to all Resort rules, safety policies, and professional dress codes.

• Knowledge of SMS is highly preferred.
• You have extensive knowledge of local airports, roads, and Hill Country attractions.
• You possess an "even disposition" and a pleasant personality that thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• You are a self-starter who catches the small things before they become logistical issues.
• You can relay complex travel schedules clearly to guests and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize high-volume transportation requests for hotel guests, members, and VIP groups with precision.
• Partner closely with Event Managers to architect transportation plans for arrivals, departures, and off-property excursions.
• Maintain rigorous records for all department vehicles, ensuring mechanical safety, licensing compliance, and "showroom-ready" cleanliness.
• Assist with daily valet, detailing, and driver commitments to ensure the department meets resort standards.
• Process Purchase Orders and manage vendor billing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Research and map out logistical routes, remaining composed in high-stress situations to solve last-minute travel changes.
• Utilize your expertise in SMS (Property Management System) to train associates and ensure data integrity.
