Your Tasks Qualifications: 3+ years in international logistics or supply chain; multiple modes of transportation analytical, self-driven, and data-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities while proactively following assigned tasks and delivering on commitments Import/export procedures and local transport regulations (incl. creating necessary docs e.g. commercial) FDA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife service and customs holds; CTPAT and CUSMA On-call support for urgent delivery issues outside of std working hours (e.g weekends) Spanish not required but preferred Your Profile Role Purpose: Ensure efficient, timely, and compliant movement of goods across the transportation network. Optimize transportation costs while improving service quality. Provide cross-functional analytical support for supply chain, finance, and customer service. Generate and maintain logistics metrics, reports, and support supply chain projects to create value. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate ability to quickly adapt, balance multiple responsibilities, and maintain process flows Transportation Network & Customs Coordination Coordinate the Beiersdorf transportation network to ensure seamless supply to and from the North America region, by planning, coordinating, troubleshooting, and monitoring shipments (domestic, import, export) to meet customer and business requirements Coordinate transportation and customs services: inbound/outbound freight management, strategic transportation analysis, compliance, claims, freight and customs payments, FBA operations, import/export services (including FDA holds monitoring), and handling deviations. Ensure all transportation and customs documents and data are accurate and submitted on time to enable seamless transportation operations (especially at boarders). Leveraging trade programs (e.g. CUSMA, CTPAT) Support the annual transportation tender process for imports across road, rail, sea, and air freight Stakeholder & Carrier Coordination Maintain relationships with carriers and other Beiersdorf regions/countries to ensure optimal service. Address tactical issues on an exception basis and coordinate monthly KPI meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the Transportation Department (with or in lieu of the Manager) in cross-functional projects as needed. Reporting & Compliance Develop, maintain, and report on transportation metrics, KPIs, costs, and carrier scorecards, including On-Time Delivery and Cost Improvement Programs. Collect and analyze transportation and customs data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Maintain workflows to ensure Beiersdorf Inc certifications (CTPAT and CUSMA) remain active and compliant. Responsible for monthly global reporting with the North American team (e.g., RCM, CO₂)
