Broadway Cityview is recruiting for a hospitality focused Transportation Coordinator. This role is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and overseeing all resident transportation services while ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our residents. This position serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent customer service throughout the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily transportation schedule for residents
- Communicate with residents and departments regarding transportation needs and updates
- Assign drivers and routes efficiently to meet operational demands
- Safely transport residents as needed and provide backup driver support
- Receive, log, and distribute resident packages in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure all drivers meet compliance requirements, including licenses and MVR standards
