This position requires weekend (Saturday & Sunday) availability.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children is highly preferred (e.g., camp, school, childcare).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
Friendly, responsible, and safety focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
Ability to remain calm and supportive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
Ability to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
Ability to flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
Requires a background check upon offer
Requires a drug test upon offer

Responsibilities

Assist with camper check-in/check-out on IMG Academy campus and at local airports
Serve as a friendly, welcoming presence for campers and families at designated pick-up and drop-off points
Communicate with bus drivers, parents, and IMG Academy staff regarding transportation logistics or camper needs
Assist campers in locating their assigned buses and ensure any special accommodations (e.g., accessibility needs, medical requirements) are addressed appropriately
Help enforce IMG Academy rules and maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere among campers
Other duties as assigned by management
