The Transportation Operations Analyst I is an analytical, cross-functional role responsible for supporting daily transportation operations and driving data-informed decision-making across the supply chain. This position partners with Supply & Demand, logistics providers, and internal teams to manage shipment execution, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements that enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and operational reliability. The role combines hands-on operational support with data analysis, focusing on shipment tracking, carrier performance, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The analyst will leverage transportation systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor trends, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery performance.
