Requirements

Ford Certified Transmission Technician
2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred)
Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
