Position: Transmission Service Technician Job Details Salary: Credential based pay plan up to $55 per flag rate hour Job Type: Full-Time Location: Orange, TX Work Hours This is a full-time, in-person position with standard dealership hours. Specific scheduling details will be provided during the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair work on vehicle transmissions efficiently and according to dealership and factory standards. Disassemble, diagnose, clean, inspect, and repair transmission components. Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs. Communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs clearly to service advisors and customers. Stay updated on new technical information and repair techniques through formal training. Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings to ensure necessary repairs are addressed. Why Join Team Granger? Qualifications Experience as an automotive transmission technician required. Factory certification is preferred. Skilled in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Requirements

Experience as an automotive transmission technician required.
Skilled in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
