Requirements

Excellent organizational skills to manage and advance translation projects and define/adhere to SLAs and turnaround times (TATs)
Clear communication and experience in change management and team building
Comfortable with software technology and platforms to advance translation processes
Demonstrates capacity for independent problem-solving and knowing when to escalate

Responsibilities

Ongoing coordination of language resources (internal and external) — translated content validation capacity, turnaround timelines, etc
Continuous feedback and learning to iterate workflow improvements
Create, maintain, and share best practices for enabling translation/localization (e.g. avoid accidental costly translation of text within images; instead scope and create a DTP workflow)
Quarterly glossary and style guide updates
Maintenance and quality evaluation of machine translation outputs
Support translation software POCs
Execute hands-on translation tasks with Web S&T and Web Publishing
Report bugs and requirements for fixes/improvements
Investigate and support in-language video content needs
Advance AI translation scope into top-performing video content
Scope, design, and execute language-based playlists
Test the multi-language content support feature (wh Internal enablement and coordination of platform processes and vendor requests
Other miscellaneous activities as needed
