Our team provides the financial guidance, operational infrastructure, growth strategy and hands-on support physicians need to successfully transition their practice. Role Overview The Transition Operations Manager is critical to Monarch’s success. They are responsible for leading the transition process end-to-end from onboarding new physicians from the moment they sign with Monarch through the successful launch of their practice. This role serves as the primary point of contact for physicians throughout the transition, ensuring that each launch is smooth, on time, and aligned with Monarch’s operational and growth goals. Transition Managers lead panel development and marketing efforts, coordinate practice setup, and manage all the moving pieces required to bring a new practice live. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, project management, and problem-solving skills. Every transition is unique and the Transition Manager must be able to adapt, prioritize effectively, and coordinate across teams to address the specific needs of each physician.
