Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED and some experience in customer service.
A valid driver’s license—no bus endorsements needed! We’ll get you the specialized training you need to master your transit vehicle…. Applicants should have some experience with driving a cut-away bus or a large vehicle.
A "knowledge-of-the-city-streets" superpower or a quick-learning attitude to become a city navigation guru.
The ability to stay calm, professional, and positive, no matter what the day brings.
Department training for your Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Certification.
Training for your CPR/First Aid Certification.
Must meet and maintain all in-house required training courses.
