About The Position
Transdev in Nashua, New Hampshire is hiring a Transit Clerk. The Transit Clerk performs customer service, passenger ticket sales, reservations, and data entry of information to maintain database through the company’s software. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: $21.22 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay scale) Starting pay $21.22 with progression to $21.85 over 2 years. Benefits include: Vacation: 10 days after (1) one year Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO): 5 Days per year after (1) one year Employer Matching contributions for 401k, per CBA Medical, dental and vision, life insurance, and voluntary benefits
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year related work experience.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Make paratransit reservations and enters information into database
- Sells passenger tickets individually and in bulk.
- Operates the Information Center at the Transit Center
- Other administrative duties as required.
