Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in PMO, program governance, or program management roles
  • Experience with large, complex, multi‑team initiatives and shared program dependencies
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong documentation skills across RAID logs, governance decks, and portfolio reporting
  • Experience supporting stage‑gate processes or governance readiness activities
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and synthesize complex information
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and applying sound judgment

  • Experience supporting enterprise‑level portfolio governance
  • Background in technology or business transformation programs
  • Exposure to benefits realization, performance management, or metrics frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance forums including portfolio reviews, stage‑gate reviews, and leadership checkpoints
  • Ensure timely preparation of all governance materials, inputs, and decision artifacts
  • Partner with program PMO leads to resolve cross‑program dependencies, sequencing issues, and scheduling conflicts
  • Compile, validate, and maintain weekly program and portfolio status updates
  • Track governance actions, decisions, risks, and commitments through to closure
  • Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs, governance plans, and gate criteria aligned to TPMO standards
  • Communicate governance expectations, timelines, and upcoming milestones proactively
  • Lead and support a team of governance analysts across daily execution activities
