About The Position

The PMO Lead will own and evolve Kent Power’s project management processes across all business units. This role serves as the governance authority for PM standards, tools, and reporting, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in project/program management with governance experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Fluency with various form(s) of project management software, and various organizational technologies
  • Experience and comfort with client/customer interactions and presentations

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Kent Power’s PMO framework, policies, and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with project lifecycle standards (setup, execution, closeout).
  • Lead risk management and lessons learned initiatives.
  • Provide PM training and support for consistent practices.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and report to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
