About The Position

Aquarian Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Transformation Operations Intern to join our Transformation Team in Summer 2026. This team partners closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support the scaling of Aquarian’s platform. The internship provides hands‑on exposure to transformation efforts across the organization, including process improvement, project execution, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for a student interested in operations, strategy, or consulting within financial services. The internship is based in our New York City office.

Requirements

  • Rising Senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
  • Ability to work on‑site in New York City five days per week
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Strong interest in operations, strategy, transformation, or management consulting within financial services
  • Understands how modern technologies work and how they can be applied to improve business processes (coding experience not required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis or dashboards is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team‑oriented

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic transformation and operational initiatives under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in building project plans, timelines, and tracking tools to monitor progress and deliverables
  • Bring a fresh perspective on technology and AI enablement
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑making
  • Help build, maintain, and enhance internal dashboards, metrics, and reporting for transformation initiatives
  • Perform research on industry best practices, operating models, and technology solutions relevant to operational scale
  • Assist with preparing presentations and materials for senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, and follow‑ups for project meetings and working sessions
