This position is responsible for transformation as it relates to the Elevate Program at T-Mobile, working closely with partners across the organization and the Elevate Transformation teams. This role leads analysis, design and implementation of transformative technology driven programs to meet strategic business goals. This position will collaborate with other areas of the Elevate program to effectively communicate how selected innovation will benefit the overall organization. Primary responsibilities include driving operational excellence by strategizing and developing tactics that deliver significant improvement to the department. Responsible for execution of transformation projects, emerging technology scouting, new business and technical capability delivery, evaluating and developing new business processes and driving adoption. Provide operational expertise and represent the department in driving solutions that positively impact the department. Position plays a key role in delivery of transformative technology and processes within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years - Experience in operational management and/or project management
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM or similar financial systems (Required)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to business and technical teams, or management in verbal, written, and/or visual form, with supporting details
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests.
  • Has understanding on how projects align to broader organizational goals and business benefit
  • Partners closely with FP&A, Finance/Accounting, IT, Data Center of Excellence, Product Manager, and System Integrator teams to lead the design, development, testing and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM as an integrated solution and ensure functional requirements are satisfied
  • Lead the identification, analysis, prioritization, documentation and implementation of improvements, operating procedures, tools and methods.
  • Perform requirements, business process re-engineering, partner selection, roadmap definition, and related execution as needed.
  • Proactively identify potential issues as a departmental expert and collaborate with cross-functional partners to mitigate issues and risks by planning/implementing solutions with a sense of urgency.
  • Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders, and develop strong partnerships to obtain results on behalf of the department
  • Align policy, procedure and process with other lines of business to ensure consistent experience.
  • Work on issues of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Identify need for and develops analysis tools such as distribution and trending reports, tables, executive summaries, spreadsheets, graphics, presentations, and flow charts, for implementation of new systems, processes, procedures, methodologies, policies or organizational changes.
  • Serve in a consulting or subject matter expert capacity on enterprise-wide project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and in some cases may lead all or subgroups of project teams to accomplish project activities and objectives.
