This role will focus on improving delivery methodologies, implementing transformation strategies, and ensuring operational consistency across engagements. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to elevate client outcomes and internal delivery standards.Your role in our mission

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven knowledge of SDLC methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and experience creating playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives effectively.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive strategic outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, project management certifications (PMP, Agile), and change management experience (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects.
  • Establish best practices for delivery adherence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives aligned with business objectives and client needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain playbooks that define “how work gets done” across delivery teams.
  • Ensure consistent application of processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Create dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery performance and transformation outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and course correction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities.
  • Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change.
