SummaryAs Senior Manager – Service Delivery, you will own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical technology initiatives, including Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects. This role demands a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on project management expertise; someone who can roll up their sleeves and drive results across the full SDLC. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery of IT solutions that improve public health and government services. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles required. Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, Agile or Waterfall hybrid experience preferred.
8+ years of IT Consulting experience in State & Local Government, with experience working with cross-functional teams and offshore or onsite delivery models required.
Proven success delivering enterprise IT solutions and managing end-to-end SDLC in complex environments, with strong technical understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows required.
PMP certification required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Medicaid and other public sector frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own full SDLC for IT product implementations from requirements validations through development, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Drive Program Success: Manage DDI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and compliance standards.
Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage in technical discussions, and issue resolution, not just oversight.
Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with public sector clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
Project Governance: Apply PMP best practices for planning, deliverables management, risk management, and quality assurance across all engagements.
Team Development: Mentor and guide project managers, business analysts, and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal, cross functional teams to ensure seamless delivery for the client.
Scope and Budget Management: Oversee estimation, pricing, and change control for complex IT implementation projects.
